Erin joined Heathwood Hall in January of 2013. As the Director of Development, Erin works closely with key volunteers to educate the school community about the Annual Fund and promote annual giving to all Heathwod parents, grandparents and alumni. Prior to Heathwood, Erin worked as the Manager of Annual Giving for Lexington Medical Center Foundation. She graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Marketing. Erin enjoys traveling and spending weekends outdoors with her family. She and her husband Will have three daughters – Bonnie (2nd Grade) and Everette (1st Grade) and Sims (EC2s). 


Hillary Kilgus, Development Associate and Events Coordinator

Hillary Kilgus is graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Home Furnishings Marketing.  After graduation, Hillary pursued her love for furniture and worked at Furnitureland South to learn more about furniture and the industry in High Point, North Carolina. She enjoyed working there, but was given an opportunity to work in sales for a packaging company in Charlotte. She learned a great deal and gained a lot of experience in the working world for almost two years. Hillary then transitioned to an inside sales job working for a marketing company until she moved her life to Columbia in 2012 when she was engaged to her husband, Chris Kilgus. She then began working at The Price Group Therapeutic and Educational Planning Services for almost four years and enjoyed being their Intake Specialist/Marketing Coordinator. She and her husband Chris enjoying spending time on the coast and with their furry, four-legged child Fitz.


Stephanie Will, Database and Gifts Manager

Stephanie is the most recent addition to the advancement team. She came to Heathwood in the summer of 2014 after finishing her Biology degree at the University of South Carolina. Most recently, Stephanie has done administrative work with the Corps of Engineers and continues to help with a local duck rescue project. She and her husband Gabe, a UI Designer at 52 Inc., enjoy traveling and spending time with their Corgi named Bear.
