Freshman Focus 2003

The Class of 2006 took sides on April 24th, dividing into four separate, but well-connected college teams. Heathwood’s third annual "Freshman Focus Field Day" pitted teams representing Washington & Lee, Randolph-Macon, Winthrop, and U. Georgia against each other for a fun day of learning and competition. The freshman class spent the day competing in Greek Kickball (a Heathwood favorite), orienteering, tug-of-war, canoe racing and climbing the school’s 50-foot Alpine Tower ropes course. Best of all, the students gained valuable knowledge about four popular college choices as these young people inch closer to graduation. The wonderful Class of 2006 worked and played hard all day, showing everyone the kind of spirit that makes them a very special group!
