"Many
Minds…One Heart?"
The
2006 PAIS Inclusivity Conference, held February 12-13 in Columbia,
SC at the Marriott Hotel, provided participants with opportunities
to explore ways of building school communities that create a greater
awareness, respect and appreciation for different cultures and backgrounds.
Over 200 students, faculty, administrators, and trustees from twenty
schools in the Carolinas and Georgia took part in educational sessions
and discussion groups over the one and a half day meeting.
