Consecration of Chapel of the Epiphany
| Heathwood Hall Episcopal School celebrated the Consecration and Dedication of the Chapel of the Epiphany with four services. On January 5th, the Eve of Epiphany, many guests who were instrumental in building and furnishing the Chapel were present to answer Bishop Dorsey Henderson's symbolic knock on the doors of the Narthex. After making the sign of the Cross in the entrance to the Chapel, Bishop Henderson proceeded to bless the Chapel and the many gifts that will enhance worship for generations of young people. Faculty representatives, Heathwood alumni and students participated in the service of worship and music. Bishop Henderson returned to lead chapel services for each academic division of the School the following Wednesday. |
