The Intermediate/Middle School's third annual Turkey Trot-a-thon fundraiser took place November 20, as fifth through eighth grade students and faculty collectively logged miles on Heathwood’s Woodward Track. With donations secured for each mile walked or run by participants, the funds raised will be presented to Columbia's Harvest Hope Food Bank to purchase holiday turkeys for families in need. The event raised $26,000 in total donations for Harvest Hope the past two years.
