Over 50 IS/MS/US students participated as cast and crew in the production of ANNIE Jr. with book by Thomas Meehan, music by Charles Strouse, and lyrics by Martin Charnin. Audiences enjoyed the students' successful performances on April 24 and 25, 2008. Dr. Melissa Swick Ellington directed the production, and Mrs. Janis Corley was the musical director. Students from the Upper School Play Production class choreographed many of the musical numbers and devised much of the play's staging.
