Our annual fall service of Convocation brings the entire Heathwood Hall community together in worship. This was our 8th Convocation and it is now a treasured Heathwood Hall tradition that reminds us all of God's presence in our lives This year's Celebration of the Holy Eucharist took place on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, in the Athletic Center. The procession began at the Chapel of the Epiphany at 8:30 and the Lower School, Intermediate/Middle School and Upper School joined clergy and staff on the way. Our celebrant was the Reverend Paul Stricklin, a Heathwood parent and Rector of St. Michael's and All Angels Episcopal Church. The Reverend Harrison McLeod, Rector of Christ Church in Greenville, was the preacher. Six other members of the clergy assisted and helped to distribute the Sacraments.
