Fall Festival & Auction Registration is Now Open!
The Fall Festival & Auction is one of two school-wide fundraisers held every year. Funds collected from the Auction are used in the current year’s operating budget and help the school provide the level of academic service we have come to expect. Please support Heathwood Hall by attending this year’s Fall Festival & Auction and the Spring Auction to be held March 24, 2011. We appreciate the support of our families and staff.
Please register by November 3rd for the 2011 Fall Festival & Auction to be held on Thursday, November 10th at the Heathwood Hall Athletic Center.
• All day bidding starts at 8:00am, with child-free shopping and coffee, and runs until 7:30pm
• Afternoon activities for the children begin at 3:30pm
• Doc’s BBQ will be served from 5:30-7:00pm
• HHES Music performances at 7:30pm
You will not want to miss the Lower School and ECLC class projects, the gorgeous and creative PSA class baskets, the very popular “Time with Teachers” items and of course the hundreds of diverse items that have been donated by our families and community businesses.
Tickets at $15 per person. You can register any of the following ways…

2. By returning the invitation mailed home to all families
3. Call the auction office at 231-7731 (please have credit card information available)
