Mission

To enhance student success and retention through student-centered programs, services, and assessment.

Coordinate college preparation and promote development from 9th grade through 12th grade toward the goal of student self-advocacy.

Demonstrate and support program models that promote the value of personal, social and educational development of students at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School and extended community.

Serve as a resource in promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Model best assessment practices by evaluating the effectiveness of programs and services in terms of student success.

Promote collaboration among the Divisions and all units of the School toward meeting institution-wide goals.

Advance our retention strategies through:

  1. the acquisition of outside resources for research and innovation;
  2. the development of programs to prevent students from becoming at risk; and
  3. the creation of programs for populations not yet served.

Support Division members in innovations, research presentations and publications to promote Heathwood Hall Episcopal School as a leader in student success, retention research, and best practices.
