Upper School - Winterim
Experience Beyond the Classroom
Winterim is a weeklong educational program that provides students with a curriculum for learning outside the classroom. The Winterim curriculum focuses on five main areas: Academic and Cultural Enrichment, Leadership, Service, Wilderness Education, and Internships. Upper School students are required to choose from the list of offerings contained herein. It is strongly recommended that students engage in a variety of experiences during their four years in the Upper School. All students are required to engage in at least one Winterim Internship. Because Winterim is an expense above and beyond tuition, students should help underwrite a portion of the expense.
