4th Graders Make Blankets for Those in Need

Wednesday, December 13, 2017

Yes, Fourth Graders wore their pajamas to school on Tuesday, December 12! However, they did more than sit around in comfy pjs all day.  The students made blankets for a community service project.

Every fourth grade student brought in fleece so they could make blankets for those in need.  All of the students sat around pieces of fleece, listened to Christmas music, and learned how to make a blanket that would not only keep someone warm, but also warm their hearts this season with a special gift.  These blankets were made with lots of love and care from some very extraordinary boys and girls!

Our 60+ blankets will be donated to Arthurtown and Sister Care.
