Jane Beach, Director of Enrollment, Middle School Admissions

Jane has served in the Heathwood Admission Office since 2002. In addition to providing overall enrollment direction, she oversees Middle School admissions. Prior to joining Heathwood’s staff, she worked in sales and marketing for CSC in Columbia and Citibank in San Francisco. 

Jane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College and a Master of International Business from the Moore School of Business at USC. She is married to John Beach and is the mother of Heathwood graduates Norrie ( class of 2014) and Katie (class of 2014). In her free time, Jane enjoys hiking and traveling with her family, supporting local theater, and spending time with friends. 


Rikki Craven, Admission Associate for Early Childhood and Lower School

Rikki joined the Admission Office as an Admission Associate in 2016. She works closely with parents throughout every stage of the Admission process and serves as the Admission Associate for Early Childhood and Lower School admissions.

Rikki is a native of Chattanooga, TN and a graduate of the historic Girls Preparatory School. She then went on to receive her BS degree in Education, Health, and Human Sciences from the University of TN. Prior to joining Heathwood, she spent several years in the financial services industry, from financial advising assistance to insurance underwriting. Rikki is very involved in church activities as well as charitable efforts and volunteering. She loves tennis and running in her spare time.
She is married to Brian Craven, and is the mother of two Highlanders, Sloane ('29) and Dallas ('32).

Alison Edwards, Admission Associate for Upper School 

Alison has worked in administration at Heathwood Hall since 2017. She joined the Admission Office in the summer of 2019. Alison works closely with Upper School families during the Admission process, as well as serving as our International Student Family Liaison.  Prior to her work at Heathwood, Alison worked as a project manager for an environmental firm and as an analyst in a laboratory.    

Alison grew up in Columbia and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. She is married to Will Edwards, and is the proud mother of two current Highlanders: Liam (class of '27) and Arthur (class of '29).  In her spare time, Alison enjoys hiking, attending local sporting events, and traveling with her family.
