Jane Beach, Director of Enrollment, Early Childhood and Lower School Admissions
Jane has served in the Heathwood Admission Office since 2002. In addition to providing overall enrollment direction, she oversees Early Childhood and Lower School admission. Prior to joining Heathwood’s staff, she worked in sales and marketing for CSC in Columbia and Citibank in San Francisco.
Jane earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College and a Master of International Business from the Moore School of Business at USC. She is married to John Beach and is the mother of Heathwood graduates Norrie ( class of 2014) and Katie (class of 2014). In her free time, Jane enjoys hiking and traveling with her family, supporting local theater, and spending time with friends.
Blair Mason, Admission Associate for Middle School and Upper School
Blair joined the Admission Office in 2010 and has worked in all areas of admissions, with a primary focus on Middle School and Upper School. She received her BS degree from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, and previously graduated as a “lifer” from Charlotte Country Day School. Prior to joining the staff of Heathwood Hall, Blair worked for several years as a volunteer in the community and on campus. She has been on multiple auction committees, served as a HPA grade level representative as well as co-chair of the Middle School HPA for two years.
Blair began her career as a Corporate Buyer for Belk Department Stores. She is married to Ernie Mason, and they have two children, Madison (class of 2014) and Benton (class of 2017).
Rikki Craven, Admission Associate
Rikki joined the Admission Office as an Admission Associate in 2016. She works closely with parents throughout every stage of the Admission process.
Rikki is a native of Chattanooga, TN and a graduate of the historic Girls Preparatory School. She then went on to receive her BS degree in Education, Health, and Human Sciences from the University of TN. Prior to joining Heathwood, she spent several years in the financial services industry, from financial advising assistance to insurance underwriting. Rikki is very involved in church activities as well as charitable efforts and volunteering. She loves tennis and running in her spare time.
She is married to Brian Craven, and is the mother of two Highlanders, Sloane ('29) and Dallas ('32).
