How to Be a More Effective Leader Leadership is about getting things done through people. This lecture explores the question, “What makes a great leader and how can I become one?” The lecturer draws from vivid stories of the best practices of highly effective leaders in order to arrive at practical answers to this question. The Hesburgh Lecture will be given by J. Michael Crant, Mary Jo and Richard M. Kovacevich Professor of Excellence in Leadership Instruction at Notre Dame. The lecture is co-sponsored by the Notre Dame Alumni Association and Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.
