Vehicle Registration
To promote the security of our campus, all vehicles entering Heathwood Hall and associated with the regular or frequent transportation of an enrolled student or employee must display a valid 2025–2026 Campus Access Sticker in the lower corner of the passenger side of the front windshield. Stickers are valid from July 1 through June 30 and must be renewed annually.

Sticker Distribution | Pick-Up: Stickers are available at the Reception/Visitors Desk in Building A1 after the summer mailing period. Stickers can be picked up during regular business hours year-round. Summer Mailing (Optional): Families may request stickers be mailed. Accessing Campus
Stickers must be placed in the lower passenger-side windshield corner for visibility. Vehicles without valid stickers or passes will be stopped by the guard, who will verify the visit, collect information, and provide directions if needed.
Important
Any vehicle entering during the academic day without a sticker and without stopping for the guard will be immediately reported to the School Resource Officer.
