Arrival Information
Be prepared when you visit us!
Whether you’re joining us for a corporate retreat, student field day, private celebration, or team-building experience, we want your time at PEAK to be memorable, meaningful, and stress-free. Here are a few key tips to help you prepare:
| Dress for the Outdoors | PEAK events often include adventure elements and time in nature, so we recommend dressing in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Layers are a great idea, especially in cooler months, and don’t forget sunscreen, hats, or rain gear depending on the forecast. |

| What to Bring | Water bottles are a must—hydration is key when you're active outside! We also encourage guests to bring snacks or lunch if your event spans a mealtime (check your event confirmation for details). If you're participating in a water-based activity, bring a towel and a change of clothes. |
| Waivers and Forms | All participants must complete a waiver prior to participating in any PEAK activities. If your event requires additional forms or permissions, we’ll send those to your organizer ahead of time. |
| Arrival and Parking | Upon arrival, clear signage will direct you to the PEAK event area. Parking is available on-site, and staff will be on hand to welcome and guide you. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. |
| Health & Safety | Your safety is our top priority. All activities are led by trained staff, and we maintain a low staff-to-participant ratio to ensure personalized support. If you have any medical concerns, allergies, or accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you. |
| Customizing Your Experience | Each PEAK event is tailored to the goals of your group. Whether you're here to build leadership, encourage collaboration, or simply enjoy an outdoor celebration, we’ll work with you to make sure the experience reflects your needs and expectations. |
